Spring Into a Healthy Lifestyle Fitness Challenge!

The perfect opportunity to focus on your health and well-being! 

What a better time than springtime to kick your fitness up a notch? Longer days and warmer weather provide the perfect motivation! You're on the right track, so let springtime's rejuvenation inspire you to break down those barriers and finally make fitness a way of life! 


How to Participate:

• Members can sign-up by stopping by the front desk at the Health & Wellness Center. 
(Hours: Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
• The first meeting will take place on April 5th, where there will be a weigh-in and an explanation of the challenge. The last meeting will be on May 31st with the final weigh-in. Both will take place at 5:15 p.m. at the Fitness Center lobby.
• We will be privately taking before and after photos, as well as getting numbers of weights, body fat percentage and measurements each Wednesday. 

Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone-up, or just get on track to a healthy lifestyle, this challenge will help you get there! In addition, each week you will guarantee get one personal training session free exclusively for the challenge team members only! 

What You Need To Know:

• The program will begin on April 5th and run until May 31st. 
• $25.00 per person
• Meeting location will take place right at the Health & Wellness Center
• There will be a weekly point system to see who gets the most points to win the challenge. 
• You will also stay in direct contact with your teammates through a private FB group page, and here we will provide ideas, recipes, answer any questions and give you a chance to stay connected with the team all the time! 

Limited to the first 20 people. Sign-ups will begin on Monday, March 27th at the front desk of the center!
