Summer Self-Check In Challenge! 

The perfect opportunity to focus on your health and well-being! 

Focus GOAL! At the beginning of the challenge, you will pick a big, yet realistic goal. This goal is the one YOU would like to accomplish by the end of 10-weeks.

Summertime is a busy time for everyone. We understand that life is faster at this time with vacations and family activities. This is why we're going to offer a "Summer Self-Check In Challenge!" There are NO points, NO challenge specific winner. We will just be helping each other through a time we all know is hard to stay focused. It's not about who is losing the "most weight," or who has the "tighter arms." This is about a PERSONAL goal you set for yourself to achieve, and you will have a team right behind you helping you get there! 

How to Participate:

• Members can sign-up by stopping by the front desk at the Health & Wellness Center starting Monday, June 5th. 
(Hours: Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday, 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.)
• The first meeting will take place on June 14th. The last meeting will be on August 16th. Both will take place at 5:45 p.m. at the Fitness Center lobby.

What You Need To Know:

• The program will begin on June 14th and run until August 16th.
• $25.00 per person
• Opening, Mid and Closing Meetings 
• Weekly Weigh-ins on Wednesdays 
• One FREE personal training session per week
• One team motivation goal per week
• Chat, check-ins, motivation and encouragement on our Facebook page
• Personal nutrition and fitness help from our staff
