As we continue with the new year, the Everett Health and Wellness Center has new updates frequently! The first is our new classes - 1. Body Bottle: This 45-minute workout will be a high-calorie burning and high-energy class, inspired by the styles of Martial Arts (ex: Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi). This will take place on Tuesdays at 7 p.m.
2. Body Pump: The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups, for example, this class uses exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. This will take place on Thursday mornings at 5:30 a.m.
3. Strength Camp: Be ready for the intense interval training with weights and calisthenics. The one-stop shock that combines easy, yet effective cardio routines, interlaced with weights and resistance work. This will take place on Thursdays at 6:15 p.m.
