Bush administration working on special projects in the former Soviet Union. He is also a long-time friend of the former Russian ambassador Vitaly Churkin. \nPresentation\nThis presentation will examine the impact of the current war on Ukraine\, Russia and the rest of the world\, which some are intended and some are unintended. Aside from death and destruction in Ukraine\, the many possibilities of this war could lead to a world-wide food shortage where millions of people will slip into poverty. The United States is fighting a “third party” war\, and the question is\, how much should the U.S. be involved?
