Description:
The City of Everett (“Owner”) is seeking the services of a qualified “Owner’s Project Manager” as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A½ and as further defined by the provisions of this RFQ, to provide Project Management Services for the design, alterations and construction of a roof replacement on the Old Everett High School building. The Owner is requesting the services of an Owner’s Project Manager to represent the Owner through Designer selection, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout of the Project.
