The mission of the 911 Communication Center is to provide the citizens of Everett with a reliable, state of the art 911 Emergency Telephone System.
ECTV/Communications
Everett Community Television (ECTV) is a municipal station established to manage and operate the Public (Channel 3), Educational (Channel 15), and Government (Channel 22) access channels of the Everett, Massachusetts cable television system.
Elections Office
The Registrars of Voters are responsible for procedures relating to the registration of voters, develop and maintain annual list of voters, and conduct the annual census of residents of the City.

The Everett Retirement System is 1 of 106 contributory retirement systems in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32.

Community Recreation is responsible for providing fun, creative, and inclusive activities for families to participate in at the Everett Community Health and Wellness Center. The Department of Veterans Services is a state mandated service, which provides services to the veterans, spouses of veterans, and their dependents.
