Description:

Everett Public Schools (EPS) are seeking the services of a professional vendor to analyze and evaluate career technical education program(s) (CTE) and enrollment(s).

Sealed technical qualifications and priced proposals are requested to provide the Everett Public Schools, with data by accessing current Career Technical Education Programs and make recommendations on new program offerings or current program adjustments.

Proposals will be received at Everett City Hall, Purchasing Office – Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149 by JULY 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM., local time, on and will be opened in accordance with MGL Ch. 30B.

Using the rating system prescribed in Chapter 30B of the Massachusetts General Laws (the Uniform Procurement Act), the committee shall assign a rating system to each criterion and base their award decision on the most advantageous proposal taking into consideration the qualifications of the vendor along with the submitted pricing. The best overall proposal is not necessarily the proposal receiving the highest rating for the “Competitive Evaluation Criteria” nor the proposal with the most inexpensive contract terms.
