Project Name:  Main Roof Repair & Install at Everett Police Department

The City of Everett, acting through its Mayor, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Roof Repair and Installation project at the Everett Police Department Headquarters. The project includes roof repairs to approximately 14,000 square feet, deck repair, removal of loose gravel, installation of high-density polyiso insulation, and application of a new mechanically fastened TPO roofing system at 45 Elm Street, Everett, MA 02149. All work shall be performed in accordance with M.G.L. c.149, §§44A–44J.Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning August 27, 2025 at Purchasing – Everett, MA – Official Website (cityofeverett.com).

Project Estimate: $200,000
DCAMM Certification- Each general bid must include a DCAMM update statement and certificate of eligibility.
Prevailing Wage Rates apply.

OSHA 10-hour training certification required for all on-site employees (per M.G.L. c.30, §39S).

GENERAL BIDS will be received until September 11, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

Site Visit: September 3, 2025 at 10:00 am at Everett Police Department Headquarters, 45 Elm St., Everett, MA 02149.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
