Everett Community Television (ECTV) is a municipal station established to manage and operate the Public (Channel 3), Educational (Channel 15) and Government (Channel 22) access channels of the Everett, Massachusetts cable television system. ECTV’s mission is to foster the development of community access television in Everett.
