MUN-27-03 Mobile Boiler Services

Description:

The City of Everett is seeking sealed bids for the purpose of procuring the supply and installation, of an 8–10 million BTU portable boiler to be provided to the City of Everett for the Old Everett High School for a minimum of one year, with the option to extend annually for an additional two years at the sole discretion of the City. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Bid Documents as herein defined.

All work is subject to the applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30, § 39M and Chapter 149, §§ 44A-44H inclusive.

Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning July 15, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Project Estimate: $140,000

Sealed Bids will be received until August 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
