In recognition of Men’s Health Awareness Month, the City of Everett is hosting a fitness class and nutrition seminar for men from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2024. This event is open to members and non-members of the gym and is an excellent chance to jump-start the winter fitness pre-holiday season!
