Description:

The City of Everett (the “City”) is requesting qualifications statements from firms interested in providing Owner
Project Management Services to the City, as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A½.
These services will include representing the city on a design and construction project with particular focus on
management of quality, cost, and schedule.

The Owner is requesting the services of an OPM to represent the Owner during the feasibility study and schematic
design phases of the project initially. Subject to the approval of the Project by the City Council and further subject
to continued funding authorized by the Owner, the contract between the Owner and the Owner’s Project Manager
may be amended to include continued Project Management Services through design development, construction
documents, bid and award, construction and final closeout of the potential Project. A potential approved Project
may include a renovation of the former Everett High School at 548 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149.

Sealed responses to the RFS for OPM services must be clearly labeled and delivered to:

Response Due: No later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.
Project Estimate: may range from $80 million and $100 million

The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all responses if the Owner determines, within its own discretion,
that it is in the Owner’s best interests to do so.
