Description:

The City of Everett is seeking sealed bids for procuring air handling units the old Everett High School at 548 Broadway. This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. 30B, §5.

Specifications are available September 8, 2026, via email request must be sent to [email protected] and [email protected]. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Electronic submissions are due no later than 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 25, 2026 to [email protected] and [email protected]. The Owner assumes no responsibility or liability for late delivery or receipt of Responses. All responses received after the stated submittal date and time will be judged to be unacceptable and will be returned unopened to the sender.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
