PLD-26-90 Mystic River Watershed Trenches

Description:

The City is seeking bids for drainage improvements within the public right of way, including the installation of stormwater tree trenches, adjustments to existing catch basins, reconstruction of concrete sidewalks, landscaping, and related work in the Cities of Everett, Melrose, and Chelsea.

All bids for this project are subject to the applicable provisions of Massachusetts General Laws,
Chapter 30, § 39M and Chapter 149, §§ 44A-44H inclusive and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning February 25, 2026, via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Project Estimate: $250,000

Sealed Proposals will be received until March 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

Site Visit: N/A

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
