PLD-27-42C Everett Square Improvement Project – Concrete Utility Structures

Description:

The City of Everett is seeking written quotes for the purchase of construction materials only (no labor), including catch basins, manholes, and concrete pull boxes.

This procurement is conducted under M.G.L. c. 30, §39M for public works construction materials between $10,000 and $50,000.

Specifications and quote documents will be available at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/ beginning October 7, 2026.

Written quotes must be submitted to the City of Everett Procurement Department, City Hall, Room 6, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149, no later than October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
