The City of Everett’s Fire Department is offering its 1995 Pierce Pumper Truck for sale.

A description of the item and all terms and conditions, specifications, bidding procedures, and photos may be viewed on www.govdeals.com.     Bidding will begin on February 28, 2024 and final bids must be submitted directly through www.govdeals.com on March 14, 2024 by 7 pm. Bids submitted after the appointed date will not be considered.

The contract will be awarded under the provisions of MGL c. 30B to the highest priced responsive and responsible bidder. Every Bid must be accompanied by a signed non-collusion form.

The City of Everett reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to award or not to award the contract for any reason the Mayor or his designee determines to be in the city’s and/or the public’s best interest.
