WAT-27-18 ON-CALL WATER, SEWER, STORMWATER REPAIR SERVICES

Description:

The City OF Everett (“the City”) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for on-call, as needed repair and maintenance services for the City’s water distribution, wastewater collection, and stormwater systems. This is a multi-award contract. The City may award to one or more contractors based on unit pricing and responsiveness. Work includes excavation, repair, replacement, back filling, compaction, temporary pavement, traffic control, and restoration. The City will supply all pipes, fittings, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances.

All work is pursuant to the requirements of M.G.L c. 30, § 39M and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning August 12, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Project Estimate: $100,000

Sealed Proposals will be received until August 27, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
