The City of Everett is hosting a public hearing on the Municipal Aggregation Plan. The purpose of the Aggregation Plan is to represent consumer interests in competitive markets for electricity. It’s meant to bring together the buying power of more than 50,000 consumers to negotiate rates for power supply. Eligible residents will be automatically enrolled but can choose to opt out.
