105 Years Strong: Honoring Women’s Right to Vote

Join the City of Everett and Mayor Carlo DeMaria in celebrating the 105th anniversary of women’s suffrage. This special event will honor the women who paved the way and the generations who continue to carry their legacy forward.

• Remarks from Jeanne Cristiano, Everett School Committee member and descendent of Nellie E. Zackular, the first woman to register to vote in Everett

• Refreshments and gallery viewing

All community members are welcome, and everyone is encouraged to wear white in honor of the suffragists.
