PLD-27-42I Everett Square Improvement Project – Concrete and Brick Pavers

Description:

The City of Everett is seeking sealed bids for the purchase of construction materials only (no labor), including vehicular concrete pavers, pedestrian concrete pavers, permeable concrete pavers, and permeable brick pavers.

This procurement is conducted under M.G.L. c. 30, §39M (public works construction materials) or M.G.L. c. 30B, §5 (materials‑only sealed bids), whichever applies.

Specifications and quote documents will be available at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/ beginning October 7, 2026.

Sealed bids must be submitted to the City of Everett Procurement Department, City Hall, Room 6, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149, no later than October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
