The City of Everett and its partner the City of Chelsea have been awarded a Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) FY23/24 grant from the Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs (EEA) to support regional goals for flood resilience in the Island End River corridor.
