Description:

The City of Everett is requesting quotes for the replacement of a temporary ADA ramp and integrated railing at the Gentile Recreation Center at 47 Elm Street, Everett, MA 02149. The ramp must meet all applicable Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Massachusetts Architectural Access Board (MAAB) accessibility standards and comply with Commonwealth of Massachusetts building codes and procurement laws.

Timeline: Installation to begin immediately upon award.

Project Estimate: 30,000.00

Compliance Requirements:

• Prevailing wages apply
• Subject to M.G.L. c. 30, § 39M
• 50% payment bond required

The Proposer agrees that its Proposal shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the proposals.

The City reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part, any or all proposals, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
