ASD 26 89- FY27–FY29 Interim Year Valuation Adjustments

Description:

The City of Everett, acting through its Chief Procurement Officer, invites sealed proposals pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, § 6 for professional services to assist the Assessor’s Office with “Interim Year Valuation Adjustments for Fiscal Years 2027, 2028, and 2029.”

Services shall be provided in accordance with the specifications and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals.

The contract shall be for a three (3) year term, subject to annual appropriation.

RFP documents will be available beginning March 23, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to register as a plan holder. All addenda will be posted to the City’s website.

Sealed proposals will be received until April 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM, and must be clearly labeled, “ASD-26-89 – Interim Year Valuation Adjustments FY27–FY29” and delivered to:

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
