AUD-27-06 PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR ACQUISITION OF MUNICIPAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

Description:

The City of Everett (the “City”) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Management & Implementation Support Services for the City’s Accounting System Replacement / ERP Modernization Project. This procurement is conducted pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30B, §6 and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

Documents and instructions will be available beginning July 13, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Sealed Proposals will be received until August 5, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Procurement Department City Hall, Room 14, 484 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
