FY 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program

Description:

On behalf of the City of Everett, the Department of Planning and Development (DPD) is seeking proposals and applications for Public Social Services (PSS) funding. The City expects to select up to five (5) proposals for Public Social Services activities to include in its FY 2026 CDBG Entitlement Plan grant application to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The deadline for submitting proposals/applications to the DPD office is 5:00 PM, March 30, 2026. In turn, the City’s application to HUD is due by April 22, 2026.

All applications may be mailed or hand-delivered to: Everett City Hall, Department of Planning and Development, 484 Broadway, Room 25, Everett, MA If applications are mailed, it will be the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application is received in the office by the deadline.
