PLD-26-86 Connolly Center Upgrades

Description:

The City of Everett (“City”) is requesting qualification statements from firms interested in providing Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) Services to the City, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, §44A½, and all other applicable provisions of the Massachusetts General Laws.

The selected firm will provide OPM services including representing the City during the design and construction phases of the project, with particular focus on management of quality, cost, and schedule.

The immediate project includes improvements to the Edward G. Connolly Center, located at 90 Chelsea Street, Everett, MA 02149. The City may also use this RFQ as a qualifying document for related municipal building projects, as further described in the RFQ under “Use of RFQ for Future Projects.”

RFQ documents will be available beginning February 4, 2026 via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Sealed  Responses will be received until February 25, 2026 at 12:00 PM, and must be clearly labeled and delivered to:
