COA: Ice Cream Social

On Wednesday, July 2, beginning at 12 p.m., celebrate Independence Day at this free event. Decorate a hat, shirt, blouse, or mobility device (walker, cane, wheelchair, etc.) in patriotic colors for a chance to win a prize.
