Join Mayor Carlo DeMaria and his family as they light up Everett’s beautiful Christmas tree and officially kick off the holiday season with the most wonderful celebration of the year!
Holiday Fun for Everyone
Enjoy an evening full of joy and excitement with live musical performances, train rides, holiday characters, face painting, balloon creations, food, giveaways and more (note: Lines close at 7:30 p.m.)! Don’t miss Santa and Mrs. Claus as they make their grand arrival down Broadway at 5 p.m., led by the Everett Police and Fire Departments and Everett High School’s award-winning band.
Sensory-Friendly Options
For anyone who may need them, noise-canceling headphones and sunglasses will be available to pick up at the DEI Office from Nov. 24–Dec. 4, or at the Mayor’s Tent during the event. The items will be available first-come, first-served and while supplies last. There will also be a sensory break room available at the Parlin Library for anyone who may need a calming space during the event.
Cozy Up by the Fire
Need a little break from the action? Gather around the fire pits with a cup of hot chocolate and some popcorn while watching a classic holiday movie on the big LED screen.
Meet Santa & Mrs. Claus
Head over to the Parlin Library for photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus! While you wait, attendees can enjoy holiday crafts and storytelling to keep the spirit bright.
All residents and their families are invited to join this magical evening as we celebrate the start of the holiday season in Everett!
