MUN‑26‑97 Pope John – Hazmat Inspection, Remediation & Removal Plan

Description:

The City of Everett is currently preparing for a future renovation project at the Pope High School, 888 Broadway, Everett, MA, and is seeking proposals for a Comprehensive Pre-Renovation Hazmat Inspection, Remediation & Removal Plan & Cost Estimate. Proposers shall submit sealed bids in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, §5.

Specifications, bid documents, and instructions will be available beginning March 18, 2026, via download at https://cityofeverett.com/bids/. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to register as a plan holder. Please note all addendum will be posted to the City’s website.

Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026. The Owner assumes no responsibility or liability for late delivery or receipt of Responses. All responses received after the stated submittal date and time will be judged to be unacceptable and will be returned unopened to the sender.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities when deemed in the best interest of the City.
