    On Monday, August 17th, the Mystic River Watershed Association (MyRWA) and the City of Everett will announce the unveiling of a new mural at Florence Street Park (Big Flo) on the corner of Florence and Chelsea Street. The mural was created by MyRWA’s artist-in-residence, Andres “NXN” Duarte, and features native animal characters playing sports with patterns that represent the local environment.     Mayor Robert J. Van Campen and the Council on Aging are excited to offer manicures to older adults at the Connolly Center. Manicures will be offered on the third Wednesday of every month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning Feb. 18. Appointments are booked every half hour during that time slot.
