Due to the snow storm that is forecasted to impact our area Sunday evening, a citywide snow parking ban will go into effect, trash collection is delayed, public buildings are closed and services are impacted. Here are the latest updates:

Parking Ban Lifted

The Snow Parking Ban has been lifted, effective immediately.

Reminder:

  • All vehicles must now be removed from municipal and school parking lots.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation during the storm. Our crews continue working hard to clear every street, and we appreciate the community’s support as cleanup efforts continue.

February 24 Updates

Parking Ban Remains in Effect

The Snow Parking Ban remains in effect until further notice. Vehicles must remain parked in compliance with Snow Parking Ban rules, including:

  • No parking is allowed on main streets
  • Parking on secondary streets is only allowed on the even side.
  • If your street only allows parking on one side year-roud, keep your car on that permitted side.
  • Vehicles not in compliance may be ticketed or towed.

We ask all residents to please continue following Snow Parking Ban rules as our crews continue clearing roadways and cleaning up after this storm.

The City of Everett declared a Snow Parking Ban that will go into effect at 9 a.m. on Sunday, February 22 until further notice.

What this means:
  • Vehicles must be parked in accordance with parking ban rules.
    • No parking is allowed on main streets.
    • Parking on secondary streets is only allowed on the even side.
    • If your street only allows parking on one side year-round, keep your car on that permitted side.
  • Vehicles not in compliance may be ticketed or towed.
