Councilor Bio
Holly Garcia is currently serving her 2nd term on the Everett City Council representing Ward 4. In addition to her role on the Council, Garcia is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
As a resident of Everett since 2002, Garcia brings professional experience in public service to her municipal leadership, with a focus on equity, accountability, and putting residents first.
Garcia is deeply engaged in community leadership and service. She serves as Chair of the Everett Citizens Foundation, Chair of the Everett Youth Commission, and Third Vice President of the E Club. Garcia is a lifetime member Girl Scout, troop leader, and a national council delegate for Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. In addition, Garcia serves as the Faith Formation Director at Immaculate Conception and coordinates the annual Christmas Dinner.
On the Council, Garcia serves on the Community & Business Development Committee and is the chair of the Committee on Government Operations, Public Safety, and Public Service.
Since being elected to Council, Garcia has hit the ground running and delivered real results for our community. During her first term, Holly maintained 100% attendance at all general and special meetings and remains consistently present in neighborhoods, providing top-quality constituent service.
She resides on Broadway in Ward 4 and enjoys volunteering with community organizations in her personal time.
